Fear kills more dreams that failure ever will.

This is so true in my life. There have been many times where I back down from a dream because I felt like I was going to fail or because of straight up fear itself. In times fear presented itself as self doubt, or insecurities. In time I have grown to love myself, to overcome my fear, and to put less value on what others think of me. Through the grace of God I know he loves me and he is my protector so I shall not fear.

1 Peter 5:8 Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.

Temptations and insecurities are the devil's power over you. Your sinful nature makes it possible to doubt things you know. It allows you to be tempted to do things that are not in your best interest. It creates fear and doubt. Fear of failing. Fear of not being enough. Doubt in your skills. Doubt in things you know to be true.

Psalm 34:4-5 I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.

Look unto the lord. Do not be fearful and trust in God. In your moments of doubt and insecurity pray to God and let him help you. Do not live in fear for God loves you. He will give you strength. God will be by your side. The bible talks about fear about 70 times. This is not by accident. He wants us to know that we will have fear and that through him we can overcome those fears.

Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me

Trust in the lord our God. I pray for each of you reading this to be steadfast in you faith.
